RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

● Custom Designed Pads and Clothes

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

●  A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

●  Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

●  Colors of pads and clothing may vary due to lighting and screen/monitor imaging. Please confirm colors prior to purchasing. Variations in color do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return is attempted.

●  We are not responsible for damages to pads or clothing caused by improper care, handling, or if you choose the incorrect size.

●  Pads may be returned for store CREDIT within  30 days of delivery. Credit will be given minus any shipping and handling charges.

●  Pads must be unused and in original protective case and any item that appears to have been on a horse will not credited.

●  The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
